RAW CARROT BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- 100g activated almonds
- 60g carrots
- 50g coconut flakes
- 120g dried dates or apricots
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of cardamom
- 1 pinch vanilla
PREPARATION
- Finely chop the almonds in the food processor with the S-blade.
- Add all other ingredients and work into a homogeneous dough.
- Depending on size, form 15 – 20 balls, roll them in almond flour, serve or store in the fridge. The balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a 1 week.
