Raw Carrot Balls

These raw carrot balls offer the perfect solution for anyone looking for a healthy and delicious snack. They’re ideal for the Easter season or as a healthy option in between and are impressive thanks to their quick preparation and their simple but tasty composition of fresh carrots, nuts and a pinch of selected spices.

With their base of fresh carrots, which not only contain a wealth of vitamins and minerals, but also the valuable phytontrient beta-carotene, these energy balls are a real homage to nutrient richness. Complemented by the nutty note and finely balanced spices, they offer an excellent balance between nutritional value and taste.

RAW CARROT BALLS


INGREDIENTS

  • 100g activated almonds
  • 60g carrots
  • 50g coconut flakes
  • 120g dried dates or apricots
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of cardamom
  • 1 pinch vanilla

PREPARATION

  1. Finely chop the almonds in the food processor with the S-blade.
  2. Add all other ingredients and work into a homogeneous dough.
  3. Depending on size, form 15 – 20 balls, roll them in almond flour, serve or store in the fridge. The balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a 1 week.
