Red Pointed Cabbage and Cucumber Salad

Red Pointed Cabbage and Cucumber Salad

for 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small pointed cabbage
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 bunch of spring onions

DRESSING

  • 100 g peeled hemp seeds
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 smal piece of beet
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 pinch of salt

PREPARATION

  • Cut the cabbage, cucumbers and spring onions very small.
  • For the dressing, mix all the ingredients in a personal blender until creamy.

  • Pour the dressing over the salad, toss well and serve.
