Red Pointed Cabbage and Cucumber Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 small pointed cabbage
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 bunch of spring onions
DRESSING
- 100 g peeled hemp seeds
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 smal piece of beet
- 150 ml water
- 1 pinch of salt
PREPARATION
- Cut the cabbage, cucumbers and spring onions very small.
- For the dressing, mix all the ingredients in a personal blender until creamy.
