The Lemon Ginger Blast contains roughly 300–340 kcal, depending on portion sizes and juicer yield.
This will break a fast, because it contains natural fruit sugars and calories. Even though it’s nutrient-dense and light, the apples especially raise blood sugar and insulin, so it is no longer a “fasted” state.
