INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 dates
  • Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup of water

PREPARATION

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high for about 60 seconds – this gently warms the Golden Milk to a pleasant drinking temperature!

Tip:

For a warmer version, you can use hot water or gently heat the Golden Milk after blending.
