Golden Milk is a delicious and warming drink for autumn and winter.
And that’s not all it has to offer!
Golden Milk has been valued in Ayurvedic teaching for centuries as a healing, stimulating and cleansing drink. It has a strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect, strengthens the immune system and stimulates detoxification.
The combination of turmeric, black pepper and coconut oil is particularly beneficial. The active ingredient of turmeric, curcumin, is fat-soluble and the bioavailability of curcumin can be increased many times over in combination with black pepper (piperine).
If you like, you can use hot water for preparation during the cold season. This enables the wonderful aromas of the spices to develop better. Warning: do not put boiling water in the mixer!

This is a chlorophyll-rich and energizing blend – matcha is a powdered green tea with antioxidant and activating properties. It also contains the amino acid L-theanine, which can not only help with relaxation and stress reduction, but also long-lasting concentration. Enjoyed in moderation, matcha is a great alternative to coffee.
