The enthusiasm we’ve had for our milkshakes has made us creative! We’ve expanded our palettes and come up with 4 different shake recipes. Feel free to use as inspiration for your own creations!
VEGAN MILKSHAKES
Blueberry & Hemp seed
for 2 servings
- 2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
- 2-4 Medjool dates
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 cups water
Put everything together in a powerful blender – blend for 60 seconds – ready!
Pineapple – Banana – Coconut
for 2 servings
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons grated coconut
Put everything together except coconut flakes in a high-powered blender – blend for 60 seconds. Sprinkle the coconut flakes as a topping over the shake.
Raspberry – Almond
for 2 servings
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 4 Medjool dates
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 cups water
Put everything together in a powerful blender – blend for 60 seconds – ready!
Banana – Carob
for 2 servings
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons hazelnut butter
- 2 tablespoons carob powder
- 2 dates
- 2 cups water

Vegan milkshakes can be modified in many ways
- For your variations: Use different nuts or seeds.
- To make your shake even more refreshing, you can also add ice cubes.
