Vegan Milkshakes

Vegan milkshakes – what a refreshing and filling meal. Prepared with plant milk and frozen berries or fruits, these are ready in a snap. We love them!

The enthusiasm we’ve had for our milkshakes has made us creative! We’ve expanded our palettes and come up with 4 different shake recipes. Feel free to use as inspiration for your own creations!

VEGAN MILKSHAKES

Blueberry & Hemp seed


for 2 servings

  • 2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
  • 2-4 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups water

Put everything together in a powerful blender – blend for 60 seconds – ready!


Pineapple – Banana – Coconut


for 2 servings

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons grated coconut

Put everything together except coconut flakes in a high-powered blender – blend for 60 seconds. Sprinkle the coconut flakes as a topping over the shake.


Raspberry – Almond


for 2 servings

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 4 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups water

Put everything together in a powerful blender – blend for 60 seconds – ready!


Banana – Carob


for 2 servings

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnut butter
  • 2 tablespoons carob powder
  • 2 dates
  • 2 cups water

Put everything together in a powerful blender – blend for 60 seconds – ready !

Vegan milkshakes can be modified in many ways

  • For your variations: Use different nuts or seeds.
  • To make your shake even more refreshing, you can also add ice cubes.
    Milkshakes taste best when freshly prepared.
