… this is Anthony William’s basic statement in his book “Medical Medicine”, in which he discusses natural ways of healing.

Since his childhood, Anthony has been in contact with a spiritual force, which he calls Spirit. In his messages he’s concerned with making us aware of the wisdom of nature and also making it usable for our bodies.

The Solution Sounds Almost Too Simple to Be True

The Holy Four can help us effectively counter the Merciless Four.

Anthony William sees fruits and vegetables as having the potential to help us counter even the most severe of today’s stresses.

The Merciless Four

Stresses we’re exposed to today:

  • Radiation exposure (radioactive radiation, x-rays, cell phone radiation, irradiated food).

  • Heavy metals (mercury, aluminum, lead, copper)

  • Viruses (especially herpes virus, Epstein-Barr virus)

  • DDT and other pesticides

Additionally, Anthony mentions factors like stress, malnutrition (monoculture, impoverished soils), genetic engineering, environmental toxins, industrial food, not enough sunlight due to air pollution, and not enough outdoor exercise.

Anthony sees these as the main causes for the epidemic occurrence of a number of lifestyle diseases, like cancer or Alzheimer’s disease.

The Holy Four

  • Fruit

  • Vegetables

  • Herbs and spices

  • Wild plants and honey

The Holy Four are naturally full of healing and regenerative phytonutrients. Anthony William also calls them adaptogens, meaning that they contain biologically active phytonutrients that help the body adapt to increased physical and emotional stress.

Fruits, vegetables, & co. are rich in nutrients and also contain substances and factors that are not yet scientifically known, but are extremely important for dealing with the problems of our time. Plants transform sunlight and provide it to us in the form of organic matter.

Practical Implementation

Anthony suggests the following ways of practical implementation:

  • For a gentle start to detoxification, begin with a glass of lemon water (juice from half a lemon to half a liter of water) in the morning. Starting the day with a glass of lemon water is especially effective for the liver, which works all night long and thus needs support for filtering and eliminating the toxins.

  • Another option is to find joy in turning to individual fruits and vegetables and gradually integrate them more and more into the diet.
  • For a lightning start to healing, Anthony presents a raw food 28-day plan in his book Medical Medicine

Anthony has taken what he considers to be the most beneficial components for an effective detoxification, and integrated it into a morning routine.

It consists of:

Pure Celery Juice

About 15 minutes after the lemon water, drink a glass of freshly squeezed celery juice. To get about 400 ml of celery juice, gently juice a whole bunch of celery in a juicer.

Celery has far-reaching effects:

  • Celery has unique sodium compounds and bioactive trace elements
  • Celery provides moisturization at the cellular level
  • Celery contains enzymes and coenzymes that stimulate gastric acidity, improve digestion, and prevent putrefaction processes
  • Celery increases the pH level in the body so that toxic acids are expelled
  • Celery has a very anti-inflammatory effect, because it starves harmful bacteria, viruses, and fungi and flushes out their toxins and cellular debris from the digestive tract and liver
  • Celery at the same time, celery stalks ensure that beneficial bacteria are doing well, which in turn creates ideal conditions for cleansing and restoring the intestinal mucosa
