Morning Routine According to Anthony William

Incurable diseases do not exist …

… this is Anthony William’s basic statement in his book “Medical Medium”, in which he discusses natural ways of healing.

Anthony William, widely known as the “Medical Medium,” has inspired a wellness movement with his unique approach to healing and transformed how many people view chronic illness and everyday wellness.

Since childhood, he claims to receive medical guidance from a higher source, called “Spirit of Compassion”, which has allowed him to help millions overcome chronic illnesses. In his book Medical Medium, Anthony promotes the idea that many diseases stem from hidden threats he calls the “Merciless Four”, which conventional medicine often overlooks. In contrast, healing and rejuvenation come from the “Holy Four,” a group of essential foods that nourish and restore the body.

Stresses we’re exposed to today:

  • Radiation exposure

    Especially herpes virus, Epstein-Barr virus

  • DDT and other pesticides

Additionally, Anthony mentions factors like stress, malnutrition (monoculture, impoverished soils), genetic engineering, environmental toxins, industrial food, not enough sunlight due to air pollution, and not enough outdoor exercise.

Anthony sees these as the main causes for the epidemic occurrence of a number of lifestyle diseases, like cancer or Alzheimer’s disease.

The Holy Four

  • Fruits

    provide quick, clean energy and are packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals to help detoxify the body.

  • Vegetables

    like leafy greens cleanse the liver and provide essential nutrients, supporting the body’s detox systems.

  • Herbs & Spices

    offer powerful anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties, helping the body fend off harmful pathogens.

  • Wild plans and honey

    such as wild blueberries and spirulina, contain concentrated nutrients that help reverse damage from heavy metals and other toxins.

The Holy Four are naturally full of healing and regenerative phytonutrients. Anthony William also calls them adaptogens, meaning they contain biologically active phytonutrients that help the body adapt to increased physical and emotional stress. Practical Implementation – Morning Routine According to Anthony William

In his book Medical Medium, Anthony introduces a simple but highly effective morning routine that is built on his concepts. He emphasizes that detoxifying the body, particularly in the morning when the body is most receptive to nourishment, is key to restoring health.

1. Start with 16-32 Ounces / 0.5 – 1 liter of Lemon Water

Starting the day with a glass of lemon water is especially effective for the liver, which works all night long and thus needs support for filtering and eliminating toxins.

2. Follow Up with 16-32 Ounces / 0.5 – 1 liter Celery Juice

About 15 minutes after the lemon water, drink at least 16 ounces / 0.5 liter of freshly pressed celery juice.
