HIPPOCRATES MICROGREEN JUICE
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bunch celery stalk
- 1 handful each sunflower and pea microgreens
Gently juice all ingredients and enjoy promptly!
Gentle pressing with a low number of revolutions and minimal oxygen turbulence is important. For this we recommend a juicer with pressing screws, which presses the vegetables through a fine sieve. Centrifugal juicers work with a very high rotation speed and are less suitable for nutrient-preserving juicing.
